# Circleback

> Sync Circleback meeting notes, transcripts, and action items into Quivly.

Connect Circleback to bring meetings, notes, transcripts, and action items into [Communications](/customer-views/communications-tab.md), notebooks, and AI research.

## Before you start

You need a Quivly admin and a Circleback API key with access to the meetings you want to import.

## Connect Circleback

1. Open **Data → Integrations → Circleback → Configure**.
2. Choose **Connect**, enter your Circleback API key, and complete the connection.
3. Check sync progress and **Logs**. Circleback syncs every **30 minutes**; **Sync now** requests an earlier update.
4. Open a customer's **Communications** tab to verify a known meeting and its available transcript.

If a meeting is missing, confirm that the source account can access it in Circleback and review [customer linking](/troubleshooting/customer-information-not-linking.md).

## Optional webhooks

Webhooks can bring new recordings in sooner. Scheduled syncing remains enabled, so a webhook is not required to connect Circleback.

1. In the connected Circleback configuration in Quivly, copy the webhook destination URL.
2. In Circleback, open **Automations → New automation → Send webhook request**.
3. Paste Quivly's destination URL. Enable the automation for the intended workspace or members, include the transcript, notes, and action items, and save.
4. Copy the signing secret from the webhook automation step into Quivly and save.

Disabling the webhook leaves scheduled syncing enabled. A queued sync is still in progress; verify that the expected meeting has arrived before treating it as complete.
