Play email delivery can include **Account Owner**, workspace users, and custom email addresses together. The account owner is resolved for each customer, and duplicate addresses receive one alert. Use **Send test email** to check all selected destinations without running the Play or creating Actions. Your address stands in for Account Owner during the test; live alerts use each customer's owner. Adding a recipient does not grant approval permissions, and opening an Action still requires workspace access. See [Play delivery settings](https://docs.quivly.ai/product/plays.md#delivery).
