[Back to What's new](https://docs.quivly.ai/changelog.md) [](https://docs.quivly.ai/updates/2026-10.md) v1.23.0 # Choose when Plays run and how changes are approved Select the data that starts a Play, set an hourly or longer schedule, and choose its approval mode. In a Play draft, **When to run** lets you choose **When data arrives** or **On a schedule**. Select the relevant data types, or use an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. With neither selected, the Play runs only through **Run now**. Existing Plays keep their saved timing until edited. Under **Approval**, choose **Review before running** for account-owner review, or **Run without review** for automatic execution using the publisher's current workspace access.
