# Investigate customer health across connected sources

Health scoring can gather evidence across customer sources against your scoring criteria, with citations and uncertainty.

Health scoring can investigate permitted CRM, billing, support, communications, and usage evidence for each configured category. It follows your scoring criteria and retains supporting citations and uncertainty, helping you assess the evidence behind a risk or growth conclusion.

Review your category criteria and Risk/Growth instructions in health-score configuration. Available evidence depends on connected sources and the acting member's access; missing evidence should not be treated as a healthy result. Older unattended configurations without an attributable member retain their previous scoring path until saved by a current member.

See [health-score configuration](https://docs.quivly.ai/health-scores/configuration.md).
