Open an eligible upcoming customer meeting in **Communications** and generate a one-time preparation without turning on automatic Meeting Prep. You still need the connected calendar, customer link, and access to the meeting. If the saved automation and delivery configuration is incomplete, the brief stays in Quivly and is not sent to Slack or email. Generating once does not enable recurring preparation or automatic delivery. Check the result and source context before using it in the meeting.
