# Distinguish missing account data from zero

Customer revenue and usage views keep unavailable values distinct from real zeroes and valid comparisons.

A customer with unavailable revenue or no usage observations should not look like a customer with measured zero activity. Customer lists, revenue, and usage views now keep that distinction visible with **—** where a value is unknown. An observed zero remains zero.

Usage percentage comparisons require usable current and previous observations and a nonzero baseline. A missing trend is not evidence that usage is flat. Check the available coverage, selected period, and connected sources before drawing account conclusions.

See the [Revenue](https://docs.quivly.ai/customer-views/revenue-tab.md) and [Usage](https://docs.quivly.ai/customer-views/usage-tab.md) guides.
