The Fathom integration syncs call recordings into Quivly. Calls are automatically matched to customers by participant email domain.What Syncs
Object: Meetings Each meeting includes:- Full transcript with speaker identification
- Date, duration, participants, meeting title
- AI-generated summary and highlights
- Action items and follow-ups
- Team and team member information
Prerequisites
- Fathom account with admin access to generate an API key
- Call recordings already available in Fathom
Setup

Set up integration
Go to Settings → Integrations, find Fathom in the Call Recordings section, and click Set Up Integration.

Generate API key
Log in to your Fathom account, click Settings, scroll down to API Access, and create a new API key.

Enter API key
Paste your Fathom API key into Quivly when prompted.

Select objects and fields
Choose the meeting data you want to sync and select the specific fields to integrate with Quivly.

Install the integration
Click Install to complete the setup and begin the integration process.

Monitor progress
Navigate to the Logs tab to see when your meeting data starts flowing in and monitor sync progress.
