Overview

The Customer List is your central view for managing all customers. It displays data from your connected integrations in a unified table with filtering, sorting, and bulk actions.

Accessing the Customer List

Click Customers in the main navigation to view all customers sorted by most recently updated.

Table Columns

The Customer List displays key metrics at a glance:

Customer NameAccount name with company logo
Health ScoreCurrent health status with color indicator
ARR/MRRRecurring revenue
Active UsersCurrent active user count
CSM OwnerAssigned customer success manager
Renewal DateNext contract renewal date
Last ActivityMost recent engagement

Customizing Columns

Click the Column Settings icon to:
  • Show or hide columns
  • Reorder columns by dragging
  • Resize columns by dragging dividers

Filtering Customers

Quick Filters

Use the filter bar for common segmentation:
  • Health Status - Healthy, At Risk, Critical
  • Revenue Tiers - Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB
  • CSM Assignment - My Customers, Unassigned, By Team Member
  • Lifecycle Stage - Onboarding, Active, Renewal, At-Risk

Advanced Filtering

Click Add Filter to create complex filters:
  1. Select field to filter on
  2. Choose operator (equals, greater than, contains, etc.)
  3. Enter filter value
  4. Add multiple conditions with AND/OR logic

Sorting

Click any column header to sort:
  • First click: Ascending
  • Second click: Descending
  • Third click: Remove sort

Bulk Actions

Select multiple customers using checkboxes, then use Bulk Actions to:
  • Assign CSM - Assign or reassign customer success manager
  • Apply Tags - Add or remove tags
  • Update Fields - Modify custom fields
  • Export Data - Export to CSV or Excel

Use the search bar to find customers by:
  • Customer name
  • Domain
  • CSM name
  • Tags

Summary Metrics

At the top of the list, view aggregate metrics for your current view:
  • Total customers in view
  • Total ARR/MRR
  • Average health score
  • At-risk percentage

Quick Actions

Hover over any customer row to:
  • View profile
  • Send email
  • Create task
  • Log activity

Exporting Data

Click Export to download customer data:
  • Export current filtered view or selected customers
  • Choose CSV or Excel format
  • Select columns to include
