Overview

The Account Tab displays core customer information including company details, contacts, account hierarchy, and custom fields. Data syncs from your connected CRM and can be manually edited.

Company Information

View and edit firmographic data:
  • Company Name - Legal name and DBA
  • Industry - Industry classification
  • Website - Company domain
  • Address - Headquarters location
  • Employee Count - Company size
  • Revenue - Annual revenue (if available)
Click Edit to update company details. Some fields may be locked if synced from your CRM.

Contacts

Contact List

View all contacts associated with the customer:

Contact Roles

Categorize contacts by their role:
  • Economic Buyer - Decision-maker with budget authority
  • Champion - Internal advocate for your product
  • Primary User - Day-to-day product user
  • Technical Buyer - Evaluates technical fit
  • Executive Sponsor - C-level or VP sponsor
  • Admin/IT - Manages system configuration

Adding Contacts

Click + Add Contact and fill in:
  • Name and email (required)
  • Title and department
  • Phone number
  • Role selection

Account Hierarchy

Manage parent/child relationships for complex organizations:
  • Parent Account - Top-level organization
  • Child Accounts - Subsidiaries, divisions, or departments
Click Set Parent or Add Child Account to establish relationships. Account hierarchies enable rollup reporting across corporate structures.

Custom Fields

View and edit custom fields configured by your admin. Custom fields allow you to capture company-specific data points not available in standard fields.

Contract Information

View contract details:
  • Contract Type - New, renewal, or expansion
  • Start/End Dates - Contract term
  • Contract Value - TCV and ACV
  • Auto-Renewal - Renewal settings
  • Days to Renewal - Countdown to renewal date

Tags

Add tags to categorize customers:
  • Click + Add Tag to add new tags
  • Type to search existing tags or create new ones
  • Click X on any tag to remove it
Common tag categories: tier (Enterprise, SMB), status (VIP, At-Risk), program (Beta, Advisory Board).

CSM Assignment

View and change account ownership:
  • Primary CSM - Main customer success manager
  • Account Team - Additional team members (AE, SE, Support)
Click Edit next to the CSM to reassign ownership.

Account Status

Set the current account lifecycle status:
  • Active - Normal operating status
  • Onboarding - Implementation in progress
  • Renewal - In renewal process
  • At-Risk - Identified churn risk
  • Churned - Customer has left

Data Sync

Account data syncs with your connected CRM. Fields marked with a sync icon are automatically updated from your CRM. To edit these fields, update them in your source system.
