The Health Score Tab shows how customer health scores are calculated, which factors are helping or hurting, and what actions can improve health. Scores range from 0-100.Health Score Status
| Status | Score Range | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Healthy | 80-100 | Low churn risk, expansion opportunity |
| At Risk | 50-79 | Moderate risk, needs attention |
| Critical | 0-49 | High churn risk, immediate intervention required |
Health Score Components
Health scores are calculated from five categories. Default weights:| Category | Weight | What It Measures |

See what drove health score changes:- Positive factors (increased usage, successful meetings, resolved tickets)
- Negative factors (declining usage, missed meetings, new escalations)

Compare this customer’s health to:- Segment Average - Similar customers by ARR tier or industry
- Company Average - All customers
- Cohort Average - Customers who started in same period
- Percentile Ranking - Where this customer falls in distribution
AI Predictions
