Overview

The Health Score Tab shows how customer health scores are calculated, which factors are helping or hurting, and what actions can improve health. Scores range from 0-100.

Health Score Status

StatusScore RangeDescription
Healthy80-100Low churn risk, expansion opportunity
At Risk50-79Moderate risk, needs attention
Critical0-49High churn risk, immediate intervention required

Health Score Components

Health scores are calculated from five categories. Default weights:

Support15%Ticket volume, resolution time, CSAT
Market Signals10%External company health signals
Each category displays:
  • Individual score (0-100)
  • Contribution to overall health
  • Trend direction

Score History

View health score over time:
  • Line chart with daily/weekly/monthly granularity
  • Color-coded zones (green/yellow/red)
  • Annotations for significant events
  • Selectable time ranges (30 days, 90 days, 12 months, all time)

Change Attribution

See what drove health score changes:
  • Positive factors (increased usage, successful meetings, resolved tickets)
  • Negative factors (declining usage, missed meetings, new escalations)
  • Net change summary

Benchmarking

Compare this customer’s health to:
  • Segment Average - Similar customers by ARR tier or industry
  • Company Average - All customers
  • Cohort Average - Customers who started in same period
  • Percentile Ranking - Where this customer falls in distribution

AI Predictions

Quivly predicts future health:
  • 30-Day Forecast - Projected health score with confidence interval
  • 90-Day Forecast - Medium-term trajectory
  • Renewal Prediction - Likelihood of renewal (0-100%)
  • Churn Risk Score - Probability of churn

Recommendations

AI-generated actions to improve health:
