Overview

Market signals configuration involves defining what Quivly should track about your customers’ companies. You’ll set up your organization context, tracked keywords, and job monitoring criteria.

Accessing Configuration

Navigate to SettingsMarket Signals to access configuration.

Organization Context

Provide context about your organization so Quivly can identify relevant signals for your customers. Fields to configure:
  • Users - Who uses your product (e.g., “Customer Success and Account Management teams”)
  • Buyers - Decision makers you sell to (e.g., “Heads of RevOps, Heads of Customer Success”)
  • Who We Are - Brief description of your organization
  • Market Signals - Key signals relevant to your business
  • Problem We Solve - The problem your product addresses
  • Ideal Customer Profile - Description of your ideal customers
Click Generate with AI to auto-populate these fields based on your organization’s profile.

Tracked Keywords

Set up keywords to monitor news and mentions relevant to your customers. For each keyword, configure:
  • Keyword/Phrase - The search term to track
  • Time Range - How far back to search (day, week, or month)
  • Include Domains - Specific domains to include in results (optional)
  • Exclude Domains - Domains to exclude from results (optional)
  • Positive Signals - What makes content relevant (1-2 sentences)
  • Negative Signals - What content should be excluded (1-2 sentences)
Use Refine with AI to improve your positive and negative signal definitions.

Managing Keywords

  • Toggle keywords active/inactive without deleting them
  • Active keywords require: keyword text, positive signals, and negative signals
  • Add multiple keywords to track different aspects of your market

Jobs Configuration

Monitor job postings at customer companies to identify buying signals or churn risks. Configure job tracking with:
  • Job Title Keywords - Keywords to match in job titles
  • Job Description Keywords - Keywords to match in job descriptions
  • Technology Keywords - Technology stack keywords to track
  • Country Codes - Filter by country (e.g., US, GB, CA)
Relevance criteria:
  • Positive Signals - What makes a job posting relevant
  • Negative Signals - What job postings to exclude

Enabling Market Signals

Each configuration section has an Enable/Disable toggle. When disabled:
  • Market signals tracking pauses for that feature
  • Existing data is preserved
  • Configuration is saved for when you re-enable
