Overview

The Pylon integration syncs support tickets into Quivly. Tickets are matched to customers by email domain.

What Syncs

ObjectData
IssuesTitle, description, status, priority, timestamps
AccountsAccount name, metadata (for matching)
Sync frequency: Every 15 minutes Historical data: Last 6 months on initial sync

Prerequisites

  • Pylon admin access to generate an API key

Setup

Generate Pylon API Key

  1. Log in to Pylon
  2. Go to SettingsAPI Keys
  3. Click Create API Key
  4. Set permissions to Read-only
  5. Copy and save the API key

Connect in Quivly

  1. Go to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Find Pylon in Support section
  3. Click Set Up Integration
  4. Paste your API key
  5. Click Test Connection
  6. Click Save Integration
